Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.
On this Thanksgiving Day I have been reflecting on all the many blessing in my life. I am most thankful for my adoption in Christ and as a result of that, the blessing of being His hands and feet here on earth. As I was thinking of that I thought of Katie, who’s blog I found a few months ago. I encourage you to take the time to read her blog from beginning to end. You will be richly blessed and encourage by what the Lord can do through one. So often we read the headlines and statistics and feel there is nothing we can do to really make a difference, so we sit idly by in our comfortable surroundings. Well, Katie is a beautiful example of what the Lord can do in our lives and through us when we are willing to go beyond what is comfortable, beyond what the world tells us to value, and even beyond what we think we are capable of. Her testimony is one of faithful obedience and the blessings she received as a result of God changing her and using her for His glory.
