>Happy Birthday Elizabeth!

>

For you formed my inward parts;
you knitted me together in my mother’s womb.
I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.  Wonderful are your works;
my soul knows it well.
My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret,
intricately woven in the depths of the earth.
Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them,
the days that were formed for me,
when as yet there was none of them.

Psalm   139:13-16

My sweet Elizabeth:
What a precious blessing you are!  I cannot believe it has been eight years!  I seems like just yesterday we were headed to the hospital.  From the moment you arrived you were wide eyed and flashing that beautiful smile and dimples.   It is so exciting to read that scripture above and think of God creating you in my womb and holding you in his hands as you lay upstairs asleep.  You are a child of God, His treasured possession. He created you in His own image. He chose the day for you to be born. He has a plan and a purpose for your life.  I am so thankful God blessed me with the joy of being your mother and the opportunity to watch you grow and mature in Him.  I love your beautiful smile, watching your many performances, seeing your compassionate heart as you care for others, your competitive spirit as you try your hardest in all that you do and the many hugs, kisses and back rubs you give me!  You are a precious blessing from the Lord and your are fearfully and wonderfully  made!
